"I grew up on this island. I played on the land where I now design homes. The island is not a blank canvas, and treating it like one is where many projects go wrong. Each site has its own character, its own constraints, and its own strengths, and those need to be understood before anything is designed.
I do not work from standard layouts or repeated solutions. Every project is bespoke, with the freedom to respond properly to the land and how it will be lived in.

Building here involves conditions that are not always obvious at the outset, from climate and materials to how projects are actually delivered on the ground. Her work is grounded in that awareness. With over a decade of experience and many completed projects, she brings a detailed understanding of the island, from soils and construction methods to local teams and processes.
She works in both English and Thai, with an international client base that values clear communication, intelligent design, and a steady, transparent approach throughout the build.

Listen to the land
Before a single line is drawn, we study the site. Orientation, topography, soil, prevailing winds, sightlines, neighbours. The design emerges from what the land is already telling us.

Building in Thailand as a foreigner carries real risks. Our documentation, our tendering and our oversight all exist to put you in a position of strength and stop those expensive errors and omissions.

Stay present
We take on a limited number of projects at a time. You'll deal with Nay directly from first conversation to final key handover. No account managers, no hand-offs, no dilution.
